All transactions made on www.videos.holiday are final and cannot be returned or exchanged because your purchase is digital, meaning that once it has been delivered, it is considered used. There is a strict no-refund rule because the items offered here are intangible.

If you are not satisfied with the marketing items (videos) that we are going to create with the name, the logo, and the website of your organization, you can send us an email that you are not satisfied, pointing out the things you are not satisfied with. We will consider only those complaints associated with those elements in the videos, which refer to the logo of your organization because those are the only variables in the videos. After considering your complaints, we will decide if the complaints are reasonable and if yes, we will create a new video(s) with the corrections. If your complaints refer to anything else in the videos (different than the logo of your organization), we won’t accept them for sure, as you already had the opportunity to see the videos before you make the purchase.

We maintain the right to make changes without prior notice to any information, including but not limited to prices, technical details, buying terms, and product or service offerings.
