What is the procedure for of creating and delivering the marketing videos?
1. From the list of videos on this website, select the videos you want to be created for your organization and add them to your shopping cart.
2. During the payment process, you will need to upload your organization’s logo. The logo should be high-resolution and preferably in PNG or vector format.
3. We will create the videos using your organization’s logo. Within 24 hours, we will complete your videos and send you a download link.
What format should the organization's logo be uploaded during the purchase?
The ideal format for the organization’s logo is vector (e.g., AI, EPS, or SVG). If multiple versions of the logo are available (e.g., standard and alternate designs), it is recommended to upload all of them.
If a vector format is unavailable, a high-resolution PNG with a transparent background is a great alternative. In cases where only formats like JPG or JPEG are available, you can still provide them. While these are not optimal for this type of work, we will do our best to achieve the highest possible quality from the provided files.
What are you not allowed to do with the holiday videos purchased from this website?
- Editing: You are not permitted to edit the videos. They must remain as they were purchased, intended to be used as end products.
- Extracting Content: You cannot extract any part of the videos—including video clips, audio, visual effects, sound effects, images, designs, slogans, texts, stories, or any other content—for use in any other context or purpose.
- Transferring to Third Parties: You are not allowed to transfer the videos or any of their content to third parties. This includes but is not limited to video clips, audio, visual effects, sound effects, images, designs, slogans, texts, or stories.
